Dr. Mark Buzaglo is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario where he completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree, receiving the Pierre Fauchard Academy Award for outstanding academic achievement. He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Toronto where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree with Honours.

His goal is to provide high-quality dental care to the community, while making a positive impact on the health and self-esteem of his patients.

Dr. Faibish is highly trained in all aspects of dentistry including restorative, surgical, endodontic and prosthodontic dentistry. He has been recognized with an Award of Excellence for his achievements. He has particular interest in the fields of Prosthodontics and Oral Surgery and always seeks to further his skills and education by participating in numerous dental continuing education courses and seminars.

Arick is an energetic doctor with great interpersonal skills who always puts his patients’ comfort and satisfaction first. He is a family man and enjoys spending time with his wife and young son.

Michelle is a Registered Dental Hygienist with over 20 years of experience, dedicated to helping her patients achieve and maintain healthy, resilient and confident smiles. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto, where she developed a strong foundation in communication, critical thinking, and a commitment to lifelong learning. Michelle has been with Westmount Dental since the day they opened and has had the luxury of providing dental care to patients and their families through the generations for 20 years. Outside the office, Michelle cherishes spending time with her two daughters and her husband. Together, they love to travel, hike, and play pickle ball.

Elina is a Registered Dental Hygienist and graduate of George Brown Polytechnic’s Dental Hygiene program. She is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy smiles through preventive care, patient education, and personalized treatment. Elina strives to create a comfortable and welcoming environment where patients feel at ease and confident in their oral health care. Committed to ongoing learning and professional growth, Elina has also completed additional training in Orthodontics through George Brown Polytechnic. She is a dedicated team member of Westmount Dental, providing compassionate, high-quality care and helping patients maintain healthy, resilient smiles for years to come.

Yael Cohen graduated from the Canadian National Institute of Health and is passionate about providing gentle, personalized dental care. As a dedicated dental hygienist working within her community, she takes pride in helping patients achieve and maintain healthy smiles through education, prevention, and compassionate care. Yael values building strong relationships with her patients and creating a comfortable, positive experience at every visit.

Janelle has been an integral part of WMD since its very beginning, serving in the dual role of Office Manager and Registered Dental Hygienist. She brings a unique combination of clinical expertise, leadership, and a genuine passion for patient care to the practice.

Janelle earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from McMaster University before pursuing her Dental Hygiene diploma at Durham College. Her strong educational background and years of experience allow her to support both patients and the dental team with professionalism and compassion.

Outside of the office, Janelle is a proud wife to a firefighter and devoted mother to two amazing teenage daughters. She enjoys staying active, skiing, and making lasting memories with family and friends at the cottage.

Janelle is committed to creating a welcoming, positive experience for every patient who walks through the doors of WMD.

Maryam is a dedicated level 1 Dental Assistant with over six years of experience at Westmount Dental. She is skilled in patient care, chair-side assisting, and creates a positive and comfortable experience for our patients.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and her dog. Maryam tries to maintain a healthy lifestyle. She is friendly and has a strong commitment to excellent patient care.

As an honors graduate of TCDHA, Julia is proud to offer personalized, inclusive care to our community in English, Russian, and Hebrew, ensuring every patient feels comfortable and educated. When she’s not helping patients smile, you can find her planning her next travel adventure or hanging out with her husband and dog, Simba.
